Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene strips remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
